Membership terms

The subscription

The Accelerating AI Membership is a paid subscription. Founding members pay £49 + VAT a month or £490 + VAT a year; standard members pay £99 + VAT a month or £990 + VAT a year. Employer plans are billed annually per seat. Prices exclude VAT at the UK rate.

Renewal

Monthly plans renew each month and annual plans each year on the anniversary of joining, until you cancel. We email annual members 30 days before renewal with what they have used. The founding rate is held for as long as a founding member stays subscribed.

Cancelling

You can cancel online from the Membership page in two clicks. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for; there are no refunds for part periods. You can pause a monthly plan for one or two months instead.

What is included

A monthly masterclass, a monthly live clinic, the Thursday briefing, the template and prompt libraries, the ROI calculator and readiness assessment, the members' community and one 30-minute expert call a year (one a quarter on annual plans). Extra expert calls are £95 + VAT per 30 minutes.

Templates and advice

Templates are reviewed by a qualified person and carry a review date. They are a starting point, not legal, financial or IT advice for your particular business. Our liability for any loss arising from using them is limited to the fees you have paid in the previous twelve months, except where the law does not allow a limit.

House rules

Be useful. No client data in shared prompts. No selling or recruiting outside a disclosed vendors thread. We may hide posts that break these rules and, for repeated breaches, end a membership at the period end.

Who we are

The membership is delivered by Fliweel, Qoob and Dragon Information Systems. The contracting entity, registered office and complaints contact will be confirmed before launch.
