What we hold

Your name, work email, role, company, sector, size, town, the AI tools you use and your goal; your readiness answers and score; what you watch, download, post and book; your billing details, held by Stripe, and your VAT number; and emails we send you.

Why

To run your membership (contract), to send the Thursday briefing and membership emails you have chosen (consent, which you can withdraw on the Membership page), to show you in the member directory if you have opted in, and to improve the membership (legitimate interests, with usage looked at in aggregate).

Who sees it

The three partner firms' staff who run the membership, under access controls and an audit log. Stripe for payments, Postmark for email, our hosting provider for storage, and Vimeo for recordings. Experts you book a call with see your readiness results and notes. Nobody else, unless the law requires it.

How long

For your membership and six years after it ends for accounting records. Community posts stay, anonymised, if you ask us to delete your account.

Your rights

Export or delete your data from the Membership page or by asking us. You can object, correct, restrict and complain to the ICO.
